OPD to Expand Civil Commitment Representation to Warren and Morris Counties

The OPD will be taking over these cases in 2023 and will then be covering 18 of NJ’s 21 counties. Our goal is to assume state-wide representation so that NJ residents facing civil commitment get the representation they deserve.
