TDMA FORM AND INSTRUCTIONS

The Division of Solid and Hazardous Waste, Bureau of Solid Waste Permitting is providing a TDMA Form for Counties and Municipalities to request pre-approval of sites that will be used to temporarily store debris after an emergency event.
