2022 RMW Generator Annual Report

Dear Regulated Medical Waste Generator:

The deadline to submit the 2022 Regulated Medical Waste Annual Generator Report (AGR), covering the June 22, 2021- June 21, 2022 reporting period, is extended to August 31, 2022. Beginning this reporting year, these reports must completed and submitted online through NJ DEP Online Business Portal. No reports will be accepted by email.

The extension is granted to provide you ample time to prepare your submissions through the new online service. In about two weeks, expect another email blast with the DEP's comprehensive guidance documents to assist with access, completion, and submission of the report.
