NOTE: On page 18 the open season for summer flounder in federal waters is incorrect. Recreational fluke fishing season in these waters (greater than 3 miles offshore) began on May 25 and closed on September 4, 2001. In state waters (inside 3 miles offshore), the summer flounder fishing season is open until September 11, 2001.
