Abstract:: This layer details which municipalities meet the N.J.S.A. 52:27D-178 criteria and allows the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority (NJRA) to help finance redevelopment projects. The NJRA is a state financing authority committed to the redevelopment of urban New Jersey and is a comprehensive resource center that customizes project financing for redevelopment projects that enhance New Jersey's cities.
Purpose:: This layer was created to help businesses find areas where financing from the NJRA was available in New Jersey's Municipalities.
Supplemental_Information:: The NJRA offers financing for Pre-Devlopment, Site Acquisition and Preparation, Debt & Equity Financing, Loans & Guarantees, Credit Enhancements, Bridge Financing, and Bond Financing.

(PROCESS STEPS) First I took the Municipalities_new layer from the DEP toolbar and selected from the attribute table all 69 pertinent municipalities. I then created a new layer containing only these municipalities and labeled it as NJRA Eligibility Municipalities. All this occurred on 10/20/11.
