NJPACT Rule Proposals

After hosting multiple stakeholder meetings, the Department is moving into the rule proposal phase of NJ PACT. As proposals are published in the New Jersey Register, information about each proposal, as well as the corresponding public hearing and comment period, will be posted here.

You must provide a valid email address so the Department can send you an email confirming receipt of your interest to testify orally at the hearing.
