Current Concessions Opportunities

The Department of Environmental Protection is issuing Bid Specifications for Concession Opportunities in areas administered by the Division of Parks & Forestry. Concession Agreements are awarded through a sealed public bid process.

A Bidder must submit a completed Prequalification Application and the specific BID PROPOSAL FORM for each Concession Opportunity that the Bidder is bidding on. Bid Proposal packages must be received by the Office of Leases & Concessions no later than noon on the following proposed dates:

Atsion Recreation Area – Food/Novelty Concession due on March 5, 2019
Atsion Recreation Area – Stand Up Paddleboard Concession due on March 5, 2019
Bass River State Forest – Boat-Livery Concession due on March 5, 2019

Belleplain State Forest – Food/Novelty Concession due on March 5, 2019
Leonardo State Marina – Mobile Food Concession due on March 5, 2019
Parvin State Park – Food/Novelty Concession due on March 5, 2019
Round Valley Recreation Area – Food/Novelty Concession due on March 5, 2019
Shepherd Lake Recreation Area – Food/Novelty Concession due on March 5, 2019

LATE PROPOSALS SHALL BE INELIGIBLE FOR CONSIDERATION.
