You can now pay you annual fee online by following the directions below.

Using one of these supported browsers: Microsoft Internet Explorer 11, Mozilla Firefox 34 or later or Google Chrome 33 or later:

• Go to www.nj.gov/dep/online/
• Select “Pay a Paper Invoice”
• Enter the invoice number into the box. The invoice number is printed in the upper right on your paper bill.
• Click the “Continue” button.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.
