Regarding SOC Waivers for the 2014-2016 compliance period.
In order for a water system to be considered for a waiver from SOC sampling for the 2014-2016 compliance period, a completed NJ Well Vulnerability Questionnaire must be on file with the Bureau of Safe Drinking Water (BSDW) for each well in use. Water Systems: refer to the SOC letter you received dated December 24, 2013 for the list of wells with completed questionnaires on file with the BSDW. If any wells are in use that are not listed in the letter, then you need to complete the Vulnerability Questionnaire for any well(s) not listed.
