Applicants for RFP#1, Grants to Prevent, Mitigate and/or Control of Freshwater Harmful Algal Blooms (HABs), must email an electronic copy of the project proposal that includes all elements of the proposal by 5:00 pm EST on Monday January 27, 2020, the application deadline, to NPSgrants@dep.nj.gov in Microsoft Word, PDF or compatible format. Other larger format documents, such as maps tables and photos, may be submitted and postmarked by the application deadline to:

Applicants for RFP#2, the 2019 Water Quality Restoration Grants for Nonpoint Source Pollution, must submit their proposals electronically using NJDEP’s System for Administering Grants Electronically (NJDEP SAGE).
Applicants must follow the Registration Instructions on NJDEP SAGE’s login page at https://njdepsage.intelligrants.com. An email will be sent to you when you have been accepted into the system. Once logged in, you can navigate to the Training Materials link where an Authorized Official manual and a webinar is available for help. In addition, at each RFP#2 public information session there will be a presentation on how to use the system.
