In accordance with N.J.A.C. 11:21-4.2, carriers that issue or renew standard health benefit plans must submit the Certification of Compliance, found as Appendix Exhibit BB Part 1 to N.J.A.C. 11:21, by March 1, 1999.

In accordance with N.J.A.C. 11:21-17.3, carriers disseminating marketing and promotional material shall certify that its marketing and promotional material conforms with the requirements of N.J.A.C. 11:21-17. The certification must be submitted by March 1, 1999.

In accordance with N.J.A.C. 11:21-3, carriers must also submit Appendix Exhibit BB Part 6, by March 1, 1999.

For your convenience, a copy of the Certification of Compliance, Appendix Exhibit BB Parts 1, 2 and 6, is attached.
