New Jersey and Ireland Brought Together by Cultural and Economic Bonds - Day One
Dublin, Ireland - Governor Phil Murphy and the New Jersey delegation landed in Ireland to celebrate their shared history and advocate for more economic activity between New Jersey and Ireland.

Governor Murphy and First Lady Tammy Murphy Tour Trinity College
New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy along with First Lady Tammy Murphy were given a guided tour of the Old Library at Trinity College. The Governor and First Lady were met by Dr. Linda Doyle, Provost and President of Trinity College Dublin, Kate Bond, Director of Advancement & Alumni and Laura Shanahan, Head of Collections and given a brief overview of the college on the walk to the Old Library. Some highlights of the library tour included a tour of the Book of Kells and the Long Room. The guests then signed the Distinguished Visitors Book and visited the Alumni Room.
Governor Murphy, First Lady Tammy Murphy, and the New Jersey Delegation Tour Guinness Storehouse

Governor Phil Murphy and First Lady Tammy Murphy were joined by the New Jersey business and academic delegation at the Guinness Storehouse. The delegation took a guided tour of the Guinness Storehouse, learning about the history of Guinness Brewing in Dublin and its cultural impact. Following the tour, the Governor and First Lady joined the delegation at the Gravity Bar for a reception and to take in the uninterrupted views spanning across Dublin. In the Gravity Bar, Choose New Jersey President & CEO Wesley Mathews introduced Governor Murphy who proceeded to speak to the group about the importance of the New Jersey-Irish relationship.
