On Tuesday, May 3, 2022, AFL-CIO President Liz Shuler will join workers from UFCW Local 360's Cannabis Division and Starbucks employees who recently elected to be represented by Workers United for a roundtable discussion on why they recently voted to join a union and why joining a union is important for workers in emerging industries. They will be joined by Governor Phil Murphy and New Jersey State AFL-CIO President Charles Wowkanech.
