Governor Murphy Takes Action on Legislation

TRENTON – Today, Governor Murphy signed the following bills into law:

S-2902/A-5568 (Sarlo/Wimberly, Simonsen) - Allows ticket prices at postseason athletic events to be increased to offset event-related expenses

A-4151/S-2766 (Reynolds-Jackson, Verrelli, Wimberly/Singleton, Turner) - Revises certain restrictions on cannabis establishments’ owners; expands scope of review of cannabis establishment license applications and related materials

A-4914/S-3626 (Conaway, Stanley, McKnight/Vitale, Singleton) - Establishes "Hospital at Home Act”
