New Jersey Department of Health Proposes Amendments and New Rules at N.J.A.C. 8:96 Governing Hospital Financial Transparency

TRENTON – The New Jersey Department of Health, with the approval of the Health Care Administration Board, has issued a notice of proposed amendments and new rules at existing N.J.A.C. 8:96, Hospital Financial Transparency.

Existing N.J.A.C. 8:96, adopted in 2018, implements certain recommendations contained in the Hospital Financial Transparency: Department of Health Recommendation on Hospital Financial Transparency (Transparency Report) from 2014.
