Hospital EARC Certification 2022 Training Materials
The NJ Hospital EARC process is utilized for individuals admitted to an acute care hospital or LTAC hospital setting, seeking NF discharge and who meet identified target population with an expectation of billing NJ Medicaid for all or part of their stay. Hospital discharge planners seeking to conduct the EARC process must obtain an EARC Certification.
- 2022 INITIAL EARC Certification Training and Overview of EARC Portal
- This training is intended for NJ hospital discharge planning staff who seek INITIAL EARC Certification to become a Hospital EARC Screener.
- Hospital staff seeking portal access must first access the recorded training. Once complete, submission of the required SF-2, Portal User Access Request Form is required to be submitted to EARCRegistration@dhs.nj.gov.
- 2022 EARC RECERTIFICATION Training and Overview of EARC Portal
- This training is intended for all currently certified EARC Screeners seeking RECERTIFICATION. The deadline for recertification is 1/26/2023.
