Assistance Amount

  • If your application has been approved and is pending payment, you should have received a text or email with your unique login information to select a payment method.

  • Applicants must enter the username and password exactly as they received it in order to access the payment portal. For example, if the username is your phone number, it must include the dashed when you enter it in the username section.

  • If an applicant would like to receive their funds via direct deposit, they must confirm that they have the correct routing number, account number and know whether it is a checking or savings account. Errors in entering any of the above will result in a delay in receiving your funds.

  • If you have not received this information, please email us at ExcludedNJFundQuestions@dhs.nj.gov with “Payment login issue” in the subject line and your application ID number, we will reset your system access.
