Fund My Future: Get the skills you need for the in-demand career you want.

Fund My Future is a transformative pilot program created by Governor Murphy’s Future of Work Task Force to help eligible jobseekers achieve their career goals.

Fund My Future provides funding to qualifying NJ residents for education and upskilling.

• Funding can be used for education, training, and supportive services, including transportation and childcare, that may be necessary to complete these programs.
• Training must be provided by providers on the Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL).
• Each participant is assigned a career coach to develop an Individual Employment Plan (IEP), explore training opportunities, and secure employment.
