Fund My Future: Get the skills you need for the in-demand career you want.

Fund My Future is a transformative pilot program created by Governor Murphy’s Future of Work Task Force to help eligible jobseekers achieve their career goals.

 Get up to $9,600* for education and upskilling to drive your success.

• If you qualify, you may receive up to $9,600* for education and training as well as wraparound services, including childcare and transportation, that may be necessary to complete these programs. (Funds cannot be used for entrepreneurship, medical expenses, or child support payments.) Additionally, training must be provided by New Jersey Eligible Training Providers.
• You’ll be assigned a professional career coach to navigate the job market and training opportunities as well as to create an Individualized Employment Plan (IEP).
