Information for Grantees

Fund My Future offers job seekers a way to get ahead in the job market. Here’s how it works:

• Participants can receive funding for training and supportive services such as childcare or transportation.
• Participants must be assigned a career coach to develop an Individual Employment Plan (IEP).
• The funds may be used for job training, education, and supportive services that may be necessary to complete these programs.

Fund My Future is paving the way for a brighter career path for New Jersey residents. 

To be enrolled in the program, applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Resident of the region where program services will be provided
• Age 18 or older
• Income level consistent with ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) guidelines.
• Ability and willingness to complete identified training and obtain employment

The NJ Career Central Hub provides a digital "front door" for NJ's jobseekers. It provides access to digital tools to help people make more informed decisions about career and training opportunities.

New Jersey Career Mapping

NJDOL is developing career pathway content so New Jerseyans can find positions in the manufacturing, transportation, and healthcare industries. This will also help users identify educational and training opportunities in New Jersey.
