TRENTON, Jun-13-11- Commissioner Harold J. Wirths met with members of the Morris, Sussex & Vicinity Building Construction and Trades Council during their monthly meeting last week. The gathering was recently held in the Parsippany, Morris County, offices of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 102.
