Met the experience requirements of N.J.A.C. 13:44K-6.2(g); and

Completed a training course that meets the requirements of N.J.A.C. 13:44K-5.4(e) or who holds a current certification from the Hand Therapy Certification Commission or any other national organization that utilizes substantially similar certification standards consistent with the requirements of N.J.A.C. 13:44K-5.4(f).
