Miscellaneous Information On August 27, 1999, Kieu Thanh Duong was indicted by the New Jersey State Grand Jury for the crimes of Possession of Usurious Loan Records and Criminal Usury. Both charges related to criminal activity that involved an Atlantic City casino patron. On April 12, 2000, Kieu Thanh Duong pled guilty to Criminal Usury and on June 9, 2000, she was sentenced to two (2) days in the Atlantic County Jail and eighteen (18) months probation. Kieu Thanh Duong was also barred from entering any Atlantic City casinos for the duration of her probation.
