Miscellaneous Information
Two New York arrests on March 12 and April 30, 1970, for possession of gambling devices and loitering, resulting in convictions on March 29, 1970, for loitering and June 24, 1970, for possession of gambling device.

A federal indictment #CR-85-0100(S) filed on June 13, 1986, alleges that Leone Manzo is a member of the Lucchese crime family and charges him with a pattern of racketeering consisting of multiple acts of extortion, multiple unlawful payments by an employer to a labor union and multiple offenses involving fraud in the sale of securities, all in violation of various federal statutes, principally RICO.

On October 8, 1986, the respondent pled guilty to major racketeering charges of the indictment and a judgment of conviction was entered on December 28, 1986, sentencing the respondent to 12 years imprisonment, $25,000 fine and $50 to VCCB.

Testimony by the New York Police Department before the United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary lists the respondent as a "soldier" of the Lucchese Crime network as of July 11, 1983.
