Superintendent TRENTON - The New Jersey Juvenile Justice Commission's (JJC) Executive Board recently approved the appointment of Michael P. Coyle, a resident of Stroudsburg, PA, as superintendent of the Warren Residential Community Home located in Oxford, New Jersey. "The Juvenile Justice Commission is pleased to welcome Michael P. In addition, the JJC is responsible for parole and transitional services for youth when they return home. Warren Residential Community Home is a 32-bed residential program that serves male juvenile offenders ranging from 16 to 18 years of age. The program strives to prepare youth to return home as successful members of their communities. Mr. Coyle attended East Stroudsburg University majoring in sports management. He began his career as a youth worker at Warren RCH in 1990. In addition, Mr. Coyle has received training in gang violence, crisis intervention, and child abuse and neglect prevention.
