The Juvenile Justice Commission is proposing to readopt the rules at N.J.A.C. 13:91 with amendments. The notice of proposal was published on September 16 in The New Jersey Register, 34 N.J.R. 3198.

These rules provide the procedure utilized to transfer certain adjudicated delinquents from the Juvenile Justice Commission to the New Jersey Department of Corrections.
