The Department of Children and Families Practice Group is working cooperatively with the Division-Wide Appeals Practice Group, is responsible for supervising, coordinating, drafting and reviewing appeals in matters involving New Jersey Department of Children and Families including but not limited to child abuse and neglect matters and termination of parental rights in a matter that is at the appellate level.
