Reminder Regarding License Renewals from the SRPL Board
Attention: LSRP License Holders with the following expiration dates:
December 20, 2015
February 25, 2016
In order to avoid expiration of your LSRP License, please renew your license as follows:
- Licenses expiring on December 20, 2015 - Renewal applications must be submitted between August 22, 2015 and September 21, 2015.
- Licenses expiring on February 25, 2016 - Renewal applications must be submitted between October 28, 2015 and November 27, 2015.
- All other license expiration dates - Renewal applications must be submitted at least 90 days and no more than 120 days prior to the expiration date of the license.
The license renewal application may be found here.
You will receive an invoice for the renewal fee. The renewal fee must be submitted by the date specified on the invoice or your application cannot be processed.
Please note that all continuing education requirements must be completed at the time of submittal of the license renewal application. Continuing education requirements, as well as a table of all continuing education programs approved by the Board and a table showing upcoming courses, can be found at www.nj.gov/lsrpboard/board/education/.
The LSRP license will expire on the date specified on the license if the LSRP does not submit a license renewal application within the time frame specified above or if the license renewal application does not demonstrate satisfaction of the license renewal criteria.
An LSRP with an expired license cannot continue to practice as an LSRP and is required to submit to the DEP a notification of dismissal for each site for which he or she has been retained.
An LSRP that does not intend to renew his or her license should notify the Board and file a notification of dismissal for each site for which he or she has been retained on or before the license expiration date.
