NOTIFICATION MESSAGE: Attention: All Interested Parties - re RFQ1247099S-2
RFQ1247099S-2 is a re-posting of the original NJMVC Request for Quote solicitation dated October 12, 2017 for a Commercial Driver License (CDL) Testing Pilot Program. Re-posting of this RFQ is intended to provide all interested parties with new and additional information. The purpose of the RFQ is to solicit responsive quotes from private sector third-party vendors in compliance with and in response to legislation recently enacted by the State of New Jersey.
The anticipated Pilot Program and its designated Performance Period is expected to begin following the appointment of three (3) private third-party vendors. Third-party vendors will be appointed to administer the skills tests for CDLs and endorsements as a result of this RFQ. Appointments resulting from this RFQ will be made for the northern, central, and southern regions of the State respectively. Only one (1) third-party vendor will be appointed per region. The Pilot Program shall be administered for a one (1) year period.
Interested Vendors (Bidders) are instructed to carefully read and review the re-posted RFQ in its entirety and complete Section 15, "Market Analysis" and Section 16 "QSPP" respectively. Bidders should fully understand all necessary service and resource capabilities requirements for this RFQ in order to submit a responsive proposal for this solicitation.
Questions and Proposals must be addressed directly to: Procurement@mvc.nj.gov and submitted in writing via email no later than 2:00 pm (Eastern) on each of the respective closing dates.
Period of Performance: June 1, 2018 until May 30, 2019
Question and Answer (Q&A) Period: January 8, 2018 to January 12, 2018
Proposal Due Date: 2:00 pm (Eastern) February 28, 2018
No phone calls will be accepted and additional written inquiries will be answered only during the designated Question and Answer Period stated above.
IMPORTANT NOTE: ALL VENDOR (BIDDER) E-MAIL CORRESPONDENCE IN RESPONSE TO
THIS RFQ, INCLUDING BIDDER QUESTIONS, MUST CLEARLY STATE CDL 3RD PARTY TESTING SERVICES PILOT PROGRAM RFQ IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF EACH E-MAIL.
