Instructions for submitting background check forms to the MVC:

Approximately two weeks after the driver employer application is submitted and fingerprinting is done, the MVC will review the background records and send the employer a notice of qualification or disqualification. This notice is only sent to the employer.

All employers are encouraged to review the information in this section regarding background checks for limousine drivers.
