TRENTON – Effective immediately, the Cardiff Licensing Center is closed due to an employee testing positive for COVID-19, the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission has announced. The Cardiff Licensing Center will reopen Wednesday, October 28.
The employee who tested positive was last in the Cardiff Center on Tuesday, October 13.
Other MVC Centers in Runnemede, Delanco, Eatontown, and Manahawkin are currently closed due to an employee testing positive for COVID-19 at each location.
Upon closure, each facility is thoroughly cleaned and will reopen once enough employees are available to reopen following any required quarantine.
Runnemede will reopen Monday, October 26; Delanco and Eatontown will reopen Saturday, October 24; and Manahawkin will reopen Monday, November 2.
Eatontown Road Test Operations have remained open for appointments, as the operations are in a separate facility.

Customers should always log on to NJMVC.gov before heading out to an MVC facility for the latest updates and to see if they can “Skip the Trip” to MVC altogether by conducting transactions online.
