TRENTON – As a result of several positive COVID-19 cases within our Uninsured Motorist business unit at MVC headquarters in Trenton, employees in the unit are currently quarantining until March 1. No other units at the Trenton headquarters are currently impacted.

Because of this necessary safety precaution, operations of the unit, including driver license suspensions and restorations, will be heavily impacted.

Due to the nature of the Uninsured Motorist business unit’s work, employees are not able to assist from home. As a result, operations will be impacted until employees are able to return from quarantine.

MVC staff will work with affected customers in order to ameliorate any issues that may occur as a result of this quarantine. Customers also are encouraged to utilize the guidance on the MVC website for Suspensions and Restorations.
