Proposed Amendment to Rules – Installation and Use of Ignition Interlock Devices

(TRENTON) - The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed amendments to rules pertaining to the Installation and Use of Ignition Interlock Devices. The Commission’s proposal was published in the February 3, 2020 issue of the New Jersey Register.

Copies of the regulatory proposal may be obtained on the MVC website, njmvc.gov.    Copies may also be obtained by mail or in person from the Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, 9th Floor – East Wing, P.O. Box 162, Trenton, NJ 08666-0162; or by telephone at (609) 777-1407.
