Proposed Rule Amendments – Zone of Rate Freedom

The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed its Zone of Rate Freedom (ZORF) for 2013. The ZORF remains the same as that for the past three years. The Commission’s proposal was published in the November 5, 2012, issue of the New Jersey Register.

Copies of the regulatory proposal may be obtained on the MVC website, www.njmvc.gov.    Copies may also be obtained by mail or in person from the Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, 9th Floor – East Wing, P.O. Box 162, Trenton, NJ 08666-0162; or by telephone at (609) 777-1407.

The public has until March 7, 2013, to submit comments with regard to this proposal.  Comments should be directed to:  Kate Tasch, APO, Regulatory and Legislative Affairs, Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, P.O. Box 162, Trenton, New Jersey 08666-0162.
