Proposed Rule Amendments --  Licensing Service

The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed an amendment to its Licensing Service regulations to authorize the Commission to scan applications, declarations, and documents that are presented to obtain REAL ID-compliant permits, licenses, and non-driver identification cards.  The Commission’s proposal was published in the February 6, 2017 issue of the New Jersey Register.

Copies of the regulatory proposal may be obtained on the MVC website, njmvc.gov.    Copies may also be obtained by mail or in person from the Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, 9th Floor – East Wing, P.O. Box 162, Trenton, NJ 08666-0162; or by telephone at (609) 777-1407.
