NJMVC has proposed to readopt N.J.A.C. 13:20, entitled Enforcement Service

The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed to readopt N.J.A.C. 13:20, entitled Enforcement Service.  The readoption proposal contains proposed amendments, including amendments to regulations for inspection services.

The proposed amendments are published in the April 15, 2013 issue of the New Jersey Register.  Copies of the proposal may be obtained on the MVC website, www.mvc.gov; by mail or in person from the Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, 9th Floor – East Wing, P.O. Box 162, Trenton, New Jersey 08666-0162; or requested by telephone at (609) 777-1407.

The public has until June 14, 2013 to submit comments with regard to this regulatory proposal.  Written comments should be directed to:  Kate Tasch, Administrative Practice Officer, Regulatory and Legislative Affairs, New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, P.O.
