The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed to amend N.J.A.C. 13:18

The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed to amend N.J.A.C. 13:18, entitled Executive and Administrative Service.  The proposal includes amendments to regulations for both the International Registration Plan and the International Fuel Tax Agreement.

The proposed amendments are published in the June 2, 2014 issue of the New Jersey Register.  Copies of the proposal may be obtained on the MVC website, www.njmvc.gov; by mail or in person from the Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, 9th Floor – East Wing, P.O. Box 162, Trenton, New Jersey 08666-0162; or requested by telephone at (609) 777-1407.
