Proposed Rule Amendments --  Commercial Driver Licensing

The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed amendments to the Commercial Driver Licensing regulations.  The amendments address consequences of using a commercial motor vehicle while committing the felony of human trafficking.  The Commission’s proposal was published in the July 20, 2020 issue of the New Jersey Register.

Copies of the regulatory proposal may be obtained on the MVC website, njmvc.gov.  Copies may also be obtained by mail from the Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, 9th Floor – East Wing, P.O. Box 162, Trenton, NJ 08666-0162; or by telephone at (609) 777-1407.
