Proposed Rule Amendments - Licensing Service, including Farm Vehicles The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed a number of amendments to its Licensing Service regulations, including an amendment to its farm vehicle regulation. The Commission’s proposal was published in the August 1, 2011, issue of the New Jersey Register. Copies of the regulatory proposal may be obtained on the MVC website, www.njmvc.gov. Copies may also be obtained by mail or in person from the Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, 9th Floor – East Wing, P.O. Box 162, Trenton, NJ 08666-0162; or by telephone at (609) 777-1407. The public has until September 30, 2011, to submit comments with regard to this proposal. Comments should be directed to: Steven E.
