The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed electronic lien and titling regulations. 

The proposal is published in the August 5, 2013 issue of the New Jersey Register.  Copies of the proposal may be obtained on the MVC website, www.mvc.gov; by mail or in person from the Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, 9th Floor – East Wing, P.O. Box 162, Trenton, New Jersey 08666-0162; or requested by telephone at (609) 777-1407.
