Proposed Amendments to Rules - Inspection of School Bus Driver Records

(TRENTON) - The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed amendments to rules pertaining to the Inspection of School Bus Driver Records. The Commission’s proposal was published in the August 5, 2019 issue of the New Jersey Register.

Copies of the regulatory proposal may be obtained on the MVC website, njmvc.gov.    Copies may also be obtained by mail or in person from the Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, 9th Floor – East Wing, P.O. Box 162, Trenton, NJ 08666-0162; or by telephone at (609) 777-1407.

The public has until October 4, 2019, to submit comments with regard to this proposal.  Comments should be directed to:  Kate Tasch, Administrative Practice Officer, Regulatory and Legislative Affairs, Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, P.O.
