The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed amendments to its driving school regulations.  The rules that are the subject of this proposal govern the licensing and oversight of driving schools and driving school instructors by the Motor Vehicle Commission. 

The Motor Vehicle Commission’s regulatory proposal was published in the October 16, 2006 issue of the New Jersey Register.  Copies of the regulatory proposal may be obtained by mail or in person from the Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, 9th Floor – East Wing, P.O. The public has until December 15, 2006 to submit comments with regard to the Motor Vehicle Commission’s regulatory proposal.  Comments should be directed to: Steven E.
