The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed to readopt, with amendments, regulations setting forth the procedures before the Office of Regulatory Affairs within the Division of Legal, Legislative and Regulatory Affairs, which Office has jurisdiction over the processing of petitions for issuance and modification of Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity and management of routing systems, tariffs, and business practices.
           
The regulatory proposal was published in the November 6, 2006 issue of the New Jersey Register.  Copies of the regulatory proposal may be obtained by mail or in person from the Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, 9th Floor - East Wing, P.O.
