Proposed Rule Readoption – Emergency Lights The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed to readopt, with amendments, rules concerning the use of equipment for emergency vehicles and requirements for obtaining permits for that use, N.J.A.C. 13:24. The proposed readoption with amendments was published in the December 6, 2010 issue of the New Jersey Register. Copies of the regulatory proposal may be obtained by mail or in person from the Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, 9th Floor – East Wing, P.O. Box 162, Trenton, New Jersey 08666-0162; or by telephone at (609) 777-1407. The public has until February 4, 2011 to submit comments with regard to this regulatory proposal.
