Saving PDF Forms

If you would like to save completed PDF forms on your hard drive for future reference or to send them in an e-mail, you will need to have the full version of the Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer. The free Adobe Acrobat Reader allows you to view, print and save blank PDF forms from the Web site, however, it does not allow you to save any of your filled-in forms. To download the Adobe Reader, please go to the Adobe Web site.
