On
July 23, 1997, Barry Washington was charged in Atlantic
County Indictment 97-07-158-A-CP with Conspiracy; Theft;
Theft by Receiving Stolen Property; and Robbery. This indictment
charged that Barry Washington and others engaged in a series
of thefts at various Atlantic City casinos. On January 8,
1999, Barry Washington was convicted of conspiracy, N.J.S.A.
2C:5-2, and was sentenced to a 7 year term of incarceration.
On December 21, 2001, Barry Washington was released from
prison on parole. |
