On
2/5/81, Ashraf Zaki appeared before the Honorable Michael Connors
in Mays Landing, N.J. for sentencing on State Grand Jury Indictment
70-80-7. On December 17, 1980, Mr. Zaki pled guilty to Count I of
that indictment charging him with conspiracy to promote and facilitate
cheating and swindling. Mr. Zaki was sentenced to one day in the
Atlantic County Jail, one year probation and fined $500. He was
also ordered to pay $25 to the Violent Crimes Compensation Board. |
