Agriculture TRENTON - New Jersey Agriculture Secretary Charles M. Kuperus, Juvenile Justice Commission Executive Director Howard L. Beyer, and youth offenders will work together Monday to beautify the outside of the state's Health and Agriculture Building in Trenton. Kuperus, Beyer, and the youth who participate in the Juvenile Justice Commission's horticulture program will plant several planters along Warren Street with flowering plants. In a cooperative agreement between the agencies, the Department of Agriculture is purchasing the plants, while the Juvenile Justice Commission is providing the labor at no cost. In all, the young people will plant 55 planters surrounding the building. Reporters are invited to cover the event 2:30 p.m. Monday, June 28 at the Warren Street entrance to the Health and Agriculture Building's parking lot, Trenton.
