Proposal Summary:

The Juvenile Justice Commission is proposing new rules at N.J.A.C. 13:101, in order to establish a behavior management system tailored to meet the disciplinary and rehabilitative goals specific to juvenile offenders serving a term of incarceration in a Commission facility. The notice of proposal was published on May 3, 2004 in the New Jersey Register, 36 N.J.R. 2166(a).
