Proposal Summary:

The Juvenile Justice Commission is proposing new rules at N.J.A.C. 13:102 in order to implement the tenure protection afforded by the New Jersey statute to teachers and other certified professional educators employed by the Commission. The notice of proposal was published on May 3, 2004 in the New Jersey Register, 36 N.J.R. 2178(a).
